"Mountainside Getaway" is a custom built log cabin situated in a beautiful wooded mountain setting. This cabin is perfect for Honeymoons, Anniversaries, or Romantic getaways, or vacations with family or friends.
Located approximately 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge and 20 minutes from Gatlinburg. This cabin has paved roads all the way up to the cabin, with some curvy mountain roads, and slight inclines so we do NOT recommend trailers. This pet-friendly cabin would be considered motorcycle friendly only at the riders' discretion. There is parking available for 1 vehicle.
This 1 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath unit that sleeps 6 is 2 levels and unique in many ways. From the private loft area that partially overlooks down into the Living area, to the peaceful setting and relaxing views. The charming country decor will make you feel right at home.
On the main level, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a double sink and dining seating for 4. The living area has high vaulted ceilings, a large stone electric fireplace, Queen sofa sleeper, recliner, stereo, and TV. There is a King bedroom with TV, a full bath with a large Jacuzzi tub, and a walk-in shower.
There is an attached enclosed deck area with a Hot Tub, and an Air Hockey table. The back deck is covered and offers a porch swing and rocking chairs perfect for rocking your cares away, enjoying a morning cup of coffee, or listening to the storms rolling in and echoing off of the mountains.
The Loft area is only accessible from the back deck and has its own private entrance and key code. Perfect for children or teens or even as a quiet tucked away alcove. There is a Queen sofa sleeper, mini-fridge, TV and a half bath. There is a diamond shaped cutaway that you can look down into the main cabin from but still offers privacy. It also has its own small private deck.
