The house is beautiful, clean, and just as described. The road to the cabin was narrow and steep, but definitely worth the drive for the beautiful view. We had a mama bear and two cubs visit us right after we arrived. The kitchen had everything necessary for cooking at the cabin. It was definitely a great experience.

We had a great overall experience with our cabin rental. Booking was simple, staff was helpful, and the cabin is in a beautiful location. We had plenty of space for our group, and we enjoyed sleeping on the most comfortable beds we've ever slept on. Appliances were a little outdated but we had no trouble cooking meals every day in the kitchen. We loved the convenience of a laundry room and the hot tub was so nice. We would absolutely stay at Berg Stuga again!

This place is amazing, had a few problems with booking the cabin (mostly my fault) but had the most amazing representative, kristy… she was super nice and easy to work with, because of my experience with her I will definitely be using bear camp cabins again!

Absolutely gorgeous house!! We loved our stay here. We got to see bears up close and personal quite a few times. We traveled on this trip with a large group of family and it met our needs perfectly!!
Eric
The house was absolutely beautiful, the view could have been made better with some trimming of the trees, however it was still beautiful! The bears visited frequently and liked to hang around.

Good location in Townsend, TN. About 30 mins to Dollywood & downtown Pigeon Forge. Cabin had a beautiful view & a great space inside for 9 of us. Very clean, fun to play pool & hang out in hot tub. We loved watching a mama bear & her 3 cubs close by. Bear Camp Cabins was great to reserve with & did a courtesy call our first full day to check in. Through the rental, we got a free attraction ticket per day with Xplorie. Had fun days at Dollywood & Soaky Mountain Waterpark!

I have used Bear Camp Cabins for my last 3 trips to The Smoky Mountains. They have many cabins to fit everyone’s needs. If you are looking for a cabin close to town or looking for something more secluded, they have it! We stayed at Berg Stuga for a week long family vacation. It was a little difficult to get up mountain, so make sure you read the description. But once we made it to the cabin, everyone loved it! Tons of space to spread out for my large family. We sipped coffee every morning on the deck. And even saw a bear coming down the mountain.

We were very happy with our stay! It started off with a unit that had AC issues, However we were quickly moved to a great location, mind you it was late at night. My husband made it there before myself and the kids, so he was the one that had to handle the move. He said the woman was very nice and did what she had to do to find us a place in a very busy time. My kids loved it and we will defiantly book through Bear Camp cabin rentals in the future. Great customer service!

The cabin was wonderful, with plenty of room. Our group of 10 was very comfortable. The location was amazing!! The view was fantastic.

We had a wonderful time in Berg Stuga, the cabin/house that we rented through Bear Camp. They were very attention to our needs when we asked for a few more towels in our cabin, which is a huge plus. The only downside is that drive into Pigeon Forge to the main office, which was out of our way, to get checked in. If there was some way to streamline this process for folks who don't want to hassle with that drive, that would make the experience totally seamless. Otherwise, we were very pleased and would still use Bear Camp and stay at Berg Stuga again!

From check in, to all the amentities, to our departure. Everything was GREAT
Michael EIckhoff
Cabin was great - as advertised. It was clean and well maintained. My only criticism is that during the booking process, I don't believe the cabin location is disclosed. We would have liked to be closer to Gatlinburg as we had to go through the parkway in Pigeon Forge to get anywhere. Anyone who has been here, knows that traffic is an issue on the Parkway. Overall., great trip and a lot of fun! This is our second time using Bear Camp, and we will continue on our next trips out this way.

Everything was amazing!! Cant wait to book again!

We had a late arrival, and y'all made it really easy to check in, but the map was really hard to read to find our cabin. There was an electric issue with the hot tub, but the office was super helpful and we got it up and running. We cooked all of our meals at the cabin and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had a great stay!
Heather Farr
The ladies at the office in Pigeon Forge were sweet and very helpful!! We will us y'all again!
Jeffery Nunn
This was a nice stay, the only complaint I have is concerning the internet. It didn't work and this is a major deal for me and my business to stay connected. The steep driveway to the cabin is a little hairy for flat-landers. However, the view is amazing and worth the extra caution to get there.
Per MGMT: We had some storms over the weekend, and the WIFI issue has been resolved.
