All our homeowners can contact our office any day of the week to speak with someone about their property and never feel like they are a number in our system. In fact, all our homeowners have the personal number to our owner liaison, head of housekeeping, head of maintenance, and the owner of Bear Camp Cabin Rentals. We are a locally owned business with very knowledgeable and dedicated staff who are all located in Sevier County and not in different states. So, when you call to make a reservation you are speaking to someone who is local and knows about your cabin and our area.
We offer 24/7/365 emergency service, and our office is open every day except Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Even then we have online reservation capability from our website and the other search engines we use. So, there will never be a day your cabin is not being looked at and able to be reserved.



We have a dedicated in-house marketing team that manages all our cabins to make sure we are reaching the highest potential of guests for your investment. We chose to do in-house marketing rather than outsource our marketing because it allows us to track our progress better and make sure we are getting your property in front of the right guest at the right time. This way you are getting the best rate possible for a higher return on your investment.


Nightly Rate Management

Our focus is to develop a pricing structure for each of our cabins that will maximize and boost its rental income potential. We continually monitor the rental market through Key Data to help us determine the best rate levels for your investment and make changes accordingly to get the best profit for your property.


Guest Services

Customer service is a big key role for our company. Our guests are here to enjoy a memorable vacation, and that's what we strive to do. We do not want our guests to feel like they are just a number, and they can call us anytime during the day and even after hours. We do courtesy calls every day to all our guests from the previous day's check-ins to make sure they arrived safely and that everything is going great at their cabin. We also have an emergency line that is open to our guests 24/7. If our guests ever need anything, we are just a call away.



This is a key factor for our company. Unlike a lot of companies, we have a very low turnover rate for housekeepers. Every one of our cleaners are drug tested and background checked before we even hire them. We realize how important it is to our owners and guests to enter a neat and clean cabin. Your investment will be professionally cleaned to the highest standards after each guest stay and at any time of the owner's request. We also have a dedicated inspector who goes to all our properties to make sure the cleaners are doing a great job and do a walk through to make sure there are no issues at your property.



We offer in-house maintenance to all our guests 24/7. We understand a well-maintained property will make for a positive vacation for our guests and create a long-term repeat business for your investment.
