Just beyond, the dining area feels like the heart of the home—an inviting space with seating for eight where meals linger a little longer and conversations stretch into the evening. The kitchen sits close by, fully equipped and open enough that cooking never feels separate from the fun. A nearby laundry area adds simple convenience for longer, worry-free stays.
The cabin’s split layout creates a natural sense of privacy and calm. One side of the home features a peaceful Queen bedroom with its own TV and ensuite bath—perfect for quiet mornings and restful nights.
On the opposite side, you’ll find additional sleeping spaces designed for both comfort and a bit of playful charm. A King bedroom offers a quiet retreat, while bunk rooms provide cozy spots for kids or extra guests to settle in. Great space for all our people to be comfortable and enjoy being together whether playing games, eating, watching movies, etc! Back porch was nice. Several in our party complained about the beds being a bit uncomfortable, could probably be solved with some pillow top mattress covers. House was musty as if had been closed up for quite sometime, wasn’t as noticeable after a few days. Overall a good place! And no issues with Bear Cabin Rentals.

Located close enough to all the things the area has to offer yet remote and far enough away from the masses. Family of five had a blast. This property had all the room we needed and then some. The view from the back deck is relaxing and Moreso when sitting in the hot tub. :) Highly recommend Whispering Winds.

Cabin was found to be as advertised. Cabin was very spacious and comfortable, Grandchildern enjoyed the gameroom. On the evening of our arrival we were greated by a mama bear and her two cubs with several additional sightings during our stay. Will stay with Bear Camp Cabins in the future.

Great location!!! House is beautiful. Went for our honeymoon but would be perfect for 2 families vacationing together. Happened to see 2 bears in the backyard the first morning there but the bears were chill and just laying down eating sticks.

We had a great stay! The cabin has been nicely renovated. We would definitely stay here again. There was plenty of room for a family of 7. The kitchen was well equipped with all we needed for cooking. I appreciated the slow cooker so that we could come home after a long day out and have dinner waiting.

Great cabin filled with everything needed for a nice family vacation. The cabin was not only beautiful, but also very modern with new appliances, high speed internet and satellite TV. We were there for spring break, however the weather was very cold, especially at night, but inside the cabin, the heater was flawless and kept us nice an warm. This cabin is worth every penny.
