This location was perfect for our family of 4. It was located outside of all the attractions but just a short drive to them. It was surrounded by lots of wildlife including birds, squirrels, turtles, frogs and of course we saw a huge bear! We caught bass and bluegill/sunfish in the small lake on the property as well. Many times we caught ourselves saying we would love something like this in our future and may make the trek back. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had an amazing time in Tennessee, beautiful state and beautiful people. Our cabin Lazy Bear Lake is beautiful, equipped with everything we needed. Sitting outside on the swings with a view to the lake was the most relaxing time we had in a long time.

Front Office customer service is excellent, we received our email with front door lock # right at 4 pm the day we checked in. We recommend this cabin to anyone who loves nature and needs to disconnect.

Loved the great room & the jacuzzi tub.

Loved the pond, the geese, turtles, fish and even saw a bear. We had a very hot week so we did not get to enjoy the porch as much as we would if we had cooler days. Same with the hot tub just too hot out for that.

Enjoyed the arcade game alot as well.

Mornings were spent listening to the birds while relaxing with the lake view complimented by deer strolling by & friendly geese visiting every day ! The girls loved the location being only 10 minutes from Pigeon forge and I loved the place because they could go to town easy and I could stay at cabin and fish! The pond was 30 yards from cabin. Did have a bear walk by one evening and seen deer every morning

The Lazy Bear Lake cabin was beautiful and very clean. We enjoyed sitting outside in the swing and enjoyed the peacefulness of the lake. Overall, everything was great and will definitely come back again. One minor suggestion is to let your guests know to bring their own coffee filters. Cabins we have stayed in before had them as part of the set up items.

Another great Spring break! Lazy Bear Lake is a great location to hit the parkway or hangout at the cabin and enjoy the scenery. We really enjoyed fishing and the wildlife around the cabin. The cabin is pretty much as described, but the kitchen is small. If you plan on cooking at the cabin you may need to bring cookware as the quality isn’t great and there are only a few pieces. The staff at Bear Camp Cabins are always helpful and friendly. This is our 3rd stay with Bear Camp and we won’t hesitate to book again.

This cabin was fabulous. The location was ideal; far enough outside of Pigeon Forge to feel private and secluded, but close enough to enjoy all of the attractions. The lake was a bonus; my husband and boys enjoyed fishing and I enjoyed sitting on the deck watching or reading. The cabin was the perfect size for our family of four. It was clean and thoughtfully decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We appreciated the affordable rates and the ease of booking. The free attraction tickets were a huge added bonus. We stayed at “The Nut House”. It was very nice and clean. If you like a firm bed, then you are in luck! If not, you will be a bit disappointed. The hot tub is lovely, but there needs to be more lighting around it. It was pitch dark with only the lights in the hot tub. We would’ve used it much more had there been better lighting. Overall, it is a lovely cabin very close to town, but nestled in the woods for a more secluded stay. I would recommend for sure!

Easy check in. Detailed procedures. Cabin was in good shape.Only issue is the TVs needed to be bigger in the living area and game room. Difficult to enjoy that size and distance.

We stayed in the Nut House for a week. The staff are great. They called us multiple times throughout our stay.. making sure everything was going ok and asked us if we needed anything. The cabin was super clean and cozy!!!! It was also in a GREAT location of Pigeon Forge! We definitely loved our stay and will be doing it again! Highly recommend!

Stayed for Valentine’s weekend at the Nut House. Cabin was AMAZING. We had a blast. Only complaint I have was the tv in the bedroom upstairs, too small and the sound keep going in and out. Other than that, everything was AS DESCRIBED. I got my door code at 3pm, they called me 2x from the office to make sure I was checked in and everything was ok, and the cabin was fully stocked with everything we needed. I will definitely book with this company again. Thank you for making our 1st Valentine’s Day as a married couple special for us.
