This was our 2nd time in this cabin. Very clean and well taken care of cabin. We have stayed with our companies and Bear Camp has been so much better.

Clean and cozy cabin with plenty of room for everyone to relax

Very nice views, beautiful scenery and very serene. Easy to access the cabin with a lock pad. Information was very clear and properly delivered to the us through email.

We enjoyed our stay at Reflections We loved that is very spacious. Only complaint we have is the code to the from door didn t work. Had to wait for maintenance to call us. Thanks for having us.

Everything was very clean. Location was great! Staff was easily accessible to answer questions.

Door code would not work on first try called and it was immediately taken care of. The explorie benefits were awesome. We had a great trip and would definitely use bear creek cabins again.

Incredibly clean and I appreciate that there were no perfumy or chemical products used to launder and clean.

Reflections Cabin was as shown, GREAT! Including location! We enjoyed the separation the cabin offered. Great for working and/or multiple families. Only complaint-silverware for eating is limited. Greatest compliment goes to the ENTIRE staff at Bear Camp Cabin Rental. Their customer service is PHENOMENAL! You just don't find/get people that seem to care about that anymore. I even messed up my booking at first. When Husband called to ask if we could change, they were extremely nice and accommodating. They even cared enough to call me to make sure I had check in code for arrival when my email sent auto response that I was out of the office! PHENOMENAL amazing service! I would definitely stay in Reflections again and most definitely am telling everyone about Bear Camp Cabin Rental!!!! Happy Travelers from FL 🙂

Homey, very cozy and perfect for a family any size!

The location was easy to get too! Not far from the main parkway. We truly enjoyed our stay and the staff was helpful and friendly!

Great cabin with great service. They should replace the couch in the living room due to leather coming off it everywhere.

The cabin was clean and as pictured. Very pretty setting and everything was in working order. The Mountain View was obstructed quite a bit by neighboring cabin trees, so that was a little disappointing. Great location if you plan to spend days in pigeon forge but want to be away from the strip in the evenings.

Our stay was extremely good. The cabin was clean and neat. The AC works well.

The Reflections cabin was just wonderful. The best cabin we have stayed in so far. Clean, spacious and we will definitely use Bear Camp Cabin Rentals again.

Good place to stay clean we enjoy the cabin close to everything very up to date

We've never used a company to rent a cabin before but we will always use bear camp cabins from now on. Our cabin, Reflections, was so close to town but the view from the patio was absolutely amazing! The cabin was very nice! We loved being able to cook our meals on the grill and in the kitchen, so it didn't cost at much to eat out. Bear camp cabins called the day after checking in just to see how things were. Loved having the pool table & hot tub there as well! Can't wait to stay again!

We loved the cabin and location, very close to everything but yet so peaceful and quiet. Could use a little more lighting in the shower area of the bathroom. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will rent from Bear Camp Cabin Rentals the next time we travel to the Smoky Mountains.

We were very pleased with our stay in Reflections. We had plenty of room. It is easy to get to from the parkway with paved roads to the cabin. I would recommend this cabin.

We really enjoyed our stay at Reflections. What a beautiful place and very spacious. The only thing we needed was measuring cups. We will booking again during the winter months.

Cabin was exactly as pictured. Beautiful mountain view from the balconies and we could see the fireworks from Dollywood every night. Very clean and we enjoyed our stay very much. The location was perfect, out of the way of the busy parkway but still close enough to be able to run back to the cabin to drop off leftovers after eating etc...We had to have the maintenance guy come out once to replace the battery in a chirping smoke detector and he was very friendly and gave us some great ideas for dinner options. We will stay here again.

The entire experience was beyond my expectations!! The office and reservation staff were extremely helpful. The cabin was beautiful, clean and in good condition (the only thing that could even be said was out of order was a cracked lid to one of the pans) That is amazing if you ask me!! I will definitely return and request the same cabin!! Thank you all for your great service!!

Great cabin, perfect stay!

The experience was great for my entire family.....we've never been to the Mountains and staying at the Bear Camp Cabins made our stay an unbelievable experience.

We had the best time! This cabin is really roomy, clean, and very well maintained. It is in a perfect location so if you are going to Dollywood, shopping at the Tanger outlets, or just hanging around Pigeon Forge. We were able to watch fireworks from the hot tub every night of our stay! Absolutely Awesome! We will definitely stay with Bear Camp Cabins again and probably in this cabin! I cannot say Thank you for a great stay enough!!!

This is our third time staying there and we just love it. You guys are the best. We are always telling friends and family to rent cabins from here and so far we have had couple other families that have and they loved it just as much as we did

The only thing that would of made our time better was a swimming pool
