First off I will start by saying that booking the location was super fast and easy. The property itself was relatively well maintained and spacious as well as comfortable. Overall the unit was clean and the location is quiet. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a later checkout time. Considering that check in isn't until 3:00pm and we didn't arrive until 4:30pm but had to checkout by 10:00am. Yes, you can extend your stay for a fee of $25 per half hour which sounds totally unreasonable but I understand business is business.

Our overall experience with your company was very good. We enjoyed our stay at the cabin very much. It was very conveniently located.. The first night we were there, we went out for dinner and it was dark when we returned. We could not find the cabin so we drove around lost for a few minutes. Thanks to my husbands since of direction we knew the river was in back of us. We finally found the cabin needless to say the next time we were going to be out after dark we made sure we left the porch light on. We did have a good laugh about our problem. But after all three are 80+ and 1 is 76. The ladies at the office were very friendly to us.

We have been staying with Bear Camp Rentals for many years now. Unfortunately, this time was not as great as before. Although the cabin was nice in appearance there is work that needs done. For example, the bed was so hard and needs updating, there were paint chips and smudges of finger prints (dirty) on the walls, the floors made our socks black, the steps up into the cabin were weak and railing wobbly, and little things. Not happy and was ready to leave.

When we arrived the house was “spotless!” The cleaning crew did an excellent job. There were supplies available for us upon arrival. This made it an absolute easy stay. Overall it was ok. The location was nice. The starter kit was lacking basic supplies. The pull out sofa did not pull out. The dryer didn’t work and the dishwasher leaked. However the hot, pool table and video games were cool and working. The staff was easy to reach for questions and the emails for the confirmation of the reservation were good and detailed.
