If you’re looking for a true mountain experience, come stay at Sunny Ridge! This chalet is nestled in the trees of Gatlinburg on a 1.5 acre private lot, with the views of Mt. LeConte. It’s a 4 Bedroom 3 Full Bath chalet that sleeps 12. You will be in the heart of the Gatlinburg’s Arts and Crafts District, only 10 to 15 mins from downtown Gatlinburg and just 23 minutes from the center of Pigeon Forge, with easy access, avoiding traffic and congestion of the main road from Gatlinburg to Pigeon Forge & Sevierville. The paved road off of Glades Rd will take you to the gravel driveway which offers plenty of easy parking. Your relaxing vacation will start in no time!
Once arrived you will be greeted with an open floor design of the Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen. The area is set up wonderfully with a perfect view of a 65” flat screen TV, so whether you’re getting in just in time to catch the weekend game or watching a family movie, no one will miss a thing. You can enjoy cooking breakfast in a fully equipped large kitchen built for a chef, and having everyone gather at the center table.
The game room down the hall has a large TV, a sitting area, Air Hockey, XBox ONE and gaming chairs for just hanging out. The table and 6 chairs offer a perfect spot to enjoy a card game.
Each TV is equipped with 290+ DishNetwork channels - everyone can find something fun to watch! There is also WiFi so you can enjoy using your own devices for entertainment as well.
In the evenings, relax in the outdoors. You will have a brand new (built in 2023) beautiful back deck with a picnic table, a swing, adirondack chairs, a gas fire pit and party lights to enjoy the private outdoor area. A large part of the deck is covered and provides an opportunity for you to enjoy the outdoors even on a rainy day. You can also grill for a quick family meal.
The front deck has a small table with 2 chairs so you can enjoy a morning coffee with the rising sun. The front yard is mostly flat and grassy and provides an area for kids to play.
When it comes time to turn in, choose from one of the 4 bedrooms. The Master with ensuite bathroom offers a shower/tub combo and has a comfy Queen bed. It has ample space to get cozy and catch up on your favorite show before falling asleep. Down the hall, off the main area, are the other three bedrooms, all equally as comfy as the Master. One bedroom offers a King size bed and flat screen TV, another one has a Bunk Bed (Twin over Full) and flat screen TV. These 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom (shower/tub combo) across the hallway. The last bedroom is very large and houses the game room. It has 2 Bunks: one is Twin over Full, the other is Twin over Twin. It has its own full bathroom with a shower and a door to go on the deck. .
All in all, this chalet really makes the perfect Mountain getaway whether coming for a weekend or a weeklong vacation. You will have all the comforts you may need, making this your new home away from home.
