Just 5 minutes from the Gatlinburg Arts & Crafts district, relax in our luxurious and spacious

Smoky Vista Retreate, completely renovated in 2022 making it a cozy, modern and inviting vacation

home. With 6 bedrooms and 6 baths, this gorgeous home offers ample room for the whole

family, and easy access to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. With over 3,600 square feet of

living space and 1,500 square feet of decking, your biggest decision will be whether to spend

your time indoors relaxing or outdoors soaking up the views and beauty that surround.

Year-round breathtaking mountain views, including Mount LeConte, surround you, and you’ll

be drawn by the inviting cat walks and tree house, as well as the manicured landscaping. There

is also an abundance of paved parking. (Note: parking area is shared with the neighboring

properties Smoky Vista Cottage & Smoky Vista Lodge).

As you enter the home, you will feel the attention to detail in this well decorated, spacious, yet

cozy home. You will immediately be drawn to the expansive living and dining area that feature

a wall of windows, with beautiful mountain and treetop views. Just off the living and dining

area is a spacious, well-stocked kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances, that will make

cooking a breeze. This level has a separate dining deck with seating for up to 6, offering the

perfect area to catch the sunset and enjoy an evening libation with dinner. Down the hallway

are 2 king bedrooms with smart TVs, reading window seats, double closets, and beautiful

electric fireplaces ideal for relaxing before bedtime with a cup of hot cocoa. One of bedrooms

has a full ensuite with walk-in shower & down the hallway and off the kitchen is another stand-

alone bathroom with shower.

Up the stairs you will find a small reading nook, the laundry room, and another beautiful master

king suite with its own private deck. Down the hall you’ll be greeted by a large game room

featuring 2 smart TVs to keep up with all your seasonal sports, a brand-new Olhausen pool

table, air hockey table, 2 full-size , additional seating, and its own beautiful deck

featuring a firepit. Just through the game room you will find an additional full bath and

beautiful bunk room featuring two sets of twin bunks.

For those seeking a little more privacy, two of the homes’ six king bedrooms are on the lower

level with exterior entry only, featuring ensuite bathrooms. This level shares a common area

with microwave, mini fridge, and Keurig coffee maker, and its own private deck with seating.

Just steps away on a separate covered deck you’ll find a brand-new hot tub with a sidebar and

seating for two.

In the evenings (or any time for that matter), all the family can gather on any of the 6 restored

decks or the front patio for outdoor entertaining or to simply take in the beauty that surrounds.

Smoky Vista Retreat will feel like a home away from home and serve as the perfect gathering place for

your family, business, or church retreat. For groups up to 34, you can rent the entire Tanrac

Village that includes the Smoky Vista Cottage and Smoky Vista Lodge.

This cabin is pet-friendly. ***There is a $75 + tax non-refundable pet fee for each pet. Max 40 pounds per pet and must be crated if left alone on the property ***
