From the moment you arrive, you'll be welcomed by beautifully manicured landscaping, ample paved parking, and sweeping 180-degree views of the national park, including the iconic Mount LeConte. Tucked between Smoky Vista Retreat and Smoky Vista Lodge, the cottage enjoys a peaceful setting while remaining close enough to accommodate larger family gatherings when reserved together. Please note that the parking area is shared with the neighboring properties.
Inside, Smoky Vista Cottage has been thoughtfully renovated with a warm modern farmhouse style that feels both inviting and comfortable. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is filled with natural light, while large windows showcase the spectacular mountain scenery, allowing the beauty of the Smokies to become part of your stay. Relax in front of the electric fireplace, stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or simply sit back and admire the ever-changing views.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, both a Keurig and traditional coffee maker, and everything needed to prepare meals throughout your stay. Gather around the dining table for four to enjoy breakfast before heading out to explore or a quiet dinner after a day of adventure.
The spacious king bedroom offers its own electric fireplace, Smart TV, ceiling fan, and a peaceful place to unwind each evening. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional accommodations, allowing the cottage to comfortably host up to four guests. The full bathroom features a convenient tub and shower combination.
Step outside onto your private back deck, where the oversized round hot tub invites you to relax among the treetops while taking in partial mountain views. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee, soaking beneath the stars, or simply enjoying the fresh mountain air, the outdoor living space is designed for complete relaxation. Traveling with your four-legged companion? Smoky Vista Cottage is pet-friendly. A non-refundable pet fee of $75 plus tax applies per pet. Pets must weigh 40 pounds or less and be crated if left unattended in the cottage.
