Clean and spacious for our 4 night stay. Service number was responsive when having trouble locking cabin. Great location in the Arts and Crafts community …far enough away from the commercialization but close enough as well. We thoroughly enjoyed Split Rail Eats for dinner, Timber Log Cabin for breakfast, and drive about 20 minutes to Ristorante something in Seveierville….DEFINITELY worth that trip over 20 minutes to Gatlinburg strip. Find those local spots! So much better!

Property has pest issues, cockroaches everywhere even in bed and shower (and no its not okay to have pest just because you are renting in mountains, excuse used in the binder). Ants are also seen in kitchen around sink. Trash cans were not secured, had to call in to get that fixed, because bear got into trash can. You have to be on gaurd when out as bear can visit any time. Both closets in the rooms were filled with storage and closets are not usable. Because of pests we did not want to use dishes, towels and even hot tub. I also did not appreciate tone of emails sent out that are somewhat threatening especially one with check in code stating that check in can run late and not to ask for any refunds because of that. Its bad policy because if you end up staying late you are charged money but no accommodation if they are running late. Also be aware if your trash doesn't fit in trash cans you will be charged extra for that too. You have to keep air conditioning at 75 if it goes lower you run the risk of freezing coils which is another service call you will be responsible for.We checked out a day early, staying at this place was definitely disappointing.

Enjoyed this cabin, 7 of us stayed comfortably! On a quiet little road with two neighboring cabins.. will definitely come back! Close enough to all the attractions and shops but far enough out you still get all the mountain vibes!

Had a great time for my sister’s bachelorette weekend! Check in and check out were super easy! I had issues with cell reception upon arrival and was unable to open my check in email. I called the office and the receptionist was able to quickly verify my information and provide us the access code! The cabin itself was super clean and was the perfect amount of space for our group of 5! It was also close to many restaurants and attractions in both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! Highly recommend for a girls weekend or family getaway!

I'm letting you know how unhappy my family is with the situation of no light working over the BBQ even after calling Tuesday and Wednesday. I knew nothing was going to be fixed on Thanksgiving BUT again Friday nothing was done. We bought steaks and hamburgers to grill but couldn't because we can't see. I grilled hot dogs for the kids from my phone light !! Tomorrow we're leaving so I guess I'll take what we purchased Monday when we came up here. I'm not wasting it. It's just a shame that we couldn't get a light bulb replaced in 4 days. I would've brought out a lamp but the back deck doesn't have electric outlet. So I guess you're customer service isn't what you advertise. I'd appreciate some kind of monetary refund for the lack of use of the facility that was advertised.

Great location in residential neighborhood away from the hustle bustle, yet only a short drive into Gatlinburg. The cabin was beautiful. Highly recommended.

The cabin was clean, smaller than what was expected. Upsetting that the only trash bags were the ones that the cans had in them no extras. Hot tub was smaller than expected. The kitchen toaster gets stuck, but all other appliances worked well. The beds were comfortable. The coupon advertisement was well suited for the things we wanted to do. I gave it a 4 star because all the negative aspects were washed out with something good. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything was clean and well stocked. Everything worked as far as appliances, and we were thankful there was no limit on the AC. We wished the beds were a little less firm, but that’s just personal preference. Overall great experience! Easy check-in and out! Thanks for everything. Loved the cabin. The hot tube was nice. Loved the jazzuci bathtube. The location to Gatlinburg was not far from the cabin. Not enough parking space. But would definitely stay again.

Everything was great! The only complaint is that when people walk on the second floor it makes ALOT of noise in the rooms downstairs as if the plywood is loose.
