Forgot to mention that ironing board was broken and bottom of iron was scorched. Also the outlet in first bathroom by entrance did not work . Just fyi!

I gave 5 stars because the house is exactly as advertised! The neighborhood is quiet, convenient, and cozy. This house may not be for elderly because of the steps, though. My parents struggled a bit (they are in their mid 70's). Nevertheless, we plan to rent from Bear Camp again. Their prices are fair, and, as mentioned our rental looked exactly as it did on website.

The Xplorie tickets were easy to obtain and easy to use.

This is our fourth year in a row we have rented from Bear Camp, and like the previous times we were not disappointed. The cabin was clean, comfortable and relaxing, really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect spot for our little family vacation. Close enough to all the attractions on the main stripe and DollyWood. Close to a Kroger for a clicking and gas. Lovely little neighborhood. I like having the open carport underneath for the kids to ride their scooters.

The cabin was very clean and well kept. We enjoyed our stay in the cabin very much. The cabin was very convenient to the Pigeon Forge Strip which made our stay even more enjoyable. I felt very safe because the cabin was located in a very established serene neighborhood. The staff in the office at Bear Camp Rentals were so kind and helpful. I use Bear Camp Rentals for all of my vacations in Pigeon Forge, and I will continue to utilize this great establishment.

A wonderful getaway that had all the amenities and privacy required for a relaxing and fun time. Beautiful cabin that was far enough away from the main drag in Pigeon Forge, and close enough not to discourage you from going there when we wanted to.

First, thank you for the place to stay. Let me say it was and is a very beautiful place, the neighbor hood is beautiful and very quite.

It and the cabins are well maintained. One thing we did find out of the way was the cover on the kitchen light looked to be twisted,

not sure if from the heat of stove (which we didn't use) or what. The major thing for my kids was there was no wifi,they about had fits.

That is one thing i'd address is getting wi-fi in all your cabins...Other wise its a great place to stay, and we will be staying there again
