When internet went down we called for service and he came within about 3 hours to fix it. We didn’t have any other problems so we were pleased with that.

I thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful cabin. We used the hot tub and movie theatre, and decks everyday. The steep terrain and remote setting were perfect for enjoying time together as a family.

Great Cabin.
it was about 15 mins to Pigeon Forge. It took us on the back roads and we stopped by The Bushes Baked Beans place which was a wonderful experience.
The Cabin was stocked with everything you need. Hot tub was perfect.
The drive way was very step and narrow for our F-150. The bed was comfortable. Very quite and peaceful.
I would stay again. It does have a fire pit with wood provided. However, we had high winds and was unable to enjoy it.

This Cabin is in the perfect location. You can be at the Gatlinburg end of Pigeon Forge in 15 minutes or all the way to the Sevierville end in 15 minutes and 15 minutes to anywhere in between. It is on a back road. There are barns and cows and horses to look at as you drive in. Very private area. The cabin is 3 levels. Does have steep stairs so you must be able to do stairs to use everything. Really well stocked kitchen with waffle maker and crock pot. Was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Can just sit in the hot tub on the porch and relax or play a game of pool. Teenage son loved the movie room. Really great experience for Christmas.
