The process of booking was very easy. The employees were exceptionally helpful, especially Ashley when we incurred a couple issues and they addressed them quickly. We actually had trouble finding our cabin and Ashley stayed with us on the phone until we found it! Great service!

Very clean and nice. It was as advertised we were very pleased with our stay. We had good communication with the emails we received prior to the trip instructions and directions were good. We had a power outage one evening which was not the fault of the company, but it was resolved, and everything was taken care of, we would stay again for sure. Nice quiet place to get away.

We arrived after hours our first night and the code to the door was not working. We were easily in contact with very polite people who helped us in a quick manner. Definitely recommend this place! We plan on coming back next year and staying in a Bear Camp Cabin!

The cabin was in a great location, not too close to the Parkway, but not too far where we felt it was a drive to get to to Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, or Gatlinburg. The 1 bed 1 bath was very spacious. Enjoyed that there was a grill on the back loft, and a hot tub and rocking chairs on the front porch. Would def stay here again, or possibly check out other properties Bear Camp Cabin Rentals have to offer!
