From the moment you set foot in Mountain Sights N' City Lights, you will experience a spacious floor plan of approximately 1,100 square feet sleeping up to 6 guests. The rustic decor highlights the attention to detail of the cabin and gives you the full Smoky Mountain experience.
The main floor features the living, dining, kitchen, and master bedroom with a queen size bed and bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. The living room is equipped with a cozy wood burning fireplace perfect for cuddling in front of with a book and blanket, a queen-size sleeper sofa in case you don’t want to travel upstairs, or if you have friends stay over, and large flat screen TV with DVD player all set up for movie night. The Foosball coffee table is also a fun feature for guests to enjoy.
For dining, there are folding trays to enjoy a meal in the living room or a dining table for the family. The kitchen is fully stocked with all stainless steel appliances. It has everything you will need to prepare a delicious meal for family and friends.
The loft area has a king size bed, bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub perfect for that person who enjoys a little pampering before bed, and a game room for the night owls. The game room has a pool table, arcade, and a flat screen TV with a PS4 Pro! The views are amazing anytime of the day or night and gives a wonderful backdrop for family photos to be treasured. The Pigeon Forge city lights in the evening can be seen from the deck including the Island Ferris Wheel as well as the fireworks from Dollywood. If you are an early riser, the sunrise will be one to remember long after your stay.
The cabin features a wraparound deck with a picnic table and other chairs for the whole group to gather. Kick back and enjoy the views from anywhere on the deck, and let’s not forget the wonderful hot tub for those wanting an evening soak. In addition, there is an outdoor charcoal grill and fire pit with plenty of seating. You will love being able to roast marshmallows and have smores for dessert. This is a place you can come back to year after year giving you wonderful family memories.

This cabin was AMAZING !!! The overall experience was fantastic. The views were unmatched and we felt very lucky to have had the opportunity to book this cabin. Watching the sun come up over one set of peaks and then set on another set was amazing. The very best part was that the loft bedroom is positioned to be able to wake up and look right out over the views. It was amazing. On clear days we could see out as far as where Clingman's Dome sits. On days when there's a little fog in the valleys its really relaxing to watch it move out as the morning warms up.
The overall condition of the cabin was perfect. Everything worked great. The hot tub was a nice little ending to our days and beginning to others. The clothes washer and dryer set up were very handy and worked great. Though many previous guests said they spotted bears on the property we did not, but we kept an eye out every morning.
The only thing that I would say is a caution would be the road leading up to the cabin and the driveway. It is are very steep and only wide enough for one vehicle. It's paved so traction isn't a problem but getting up there can require a little caution. The option for trailers or anything larger than an SUV isn't going to happen. We did just fine with our Ford Expedition but ran into others that had rented from other cabin companies that just couldn't get up the mountain.
We're going to try to book this one again in the near future and see the views in a different season. I highly recommend this cabin and this company.

Beautiful cabin. You can’t beat the view. Super comfortable beds. I wish the hot tub was closer to the Mountain View but it was still nice. Also, the front door mat slips easily I would replace it with one with a better grip. Watch for bears. We had one by the porch and one that hopped in our car while the back was left open. We were able to scare him off so it was a great experience but be aware of your surroundings. Such a great stay!

In order to receive a refund, you must cancel the reservation at least 30 days prior to arrival (for 1-3 bedroom cabins) and 60 days prior to arrival (for 4 bedroom and larger).
With Deposit Protection, once inside this window, you may still reschedule your reservation within 12 months and receive full credit for the amount paid minus the deposit protection amount if you reschedule at least 15 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedroom properties or 30 days prior to arrival for 4+ bedroom properties. Once the 12 month time frame has expired all monies paid will be forfeited.
