We loved our stay! The view of the mountains was spectacular. The cabin was beautiful and immaculate. We made use of the fully equipped kitchen, hot tub and grill. The road to the cabin is steep and narrow and we would advise driving there during the day. Our little dachshund loved his change of environment however, the steps were too steep for him. I wish there was a gate at the top of the stairs so children and pets remain safe. The stairway is about three feet from the front door. We blocked the stairs with our cooler and laundry basket. WiFi was spotty. The staff was very responsive and communication was great. We highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful home & stunning mountain view. We used the hot tub & fire pit. We had one bear visit we watched through the windows.

The road to the cabin was narrow but smooth and relatively easy to find, even though signage was minimal. Without gps, it would have been difficult. Most of the outlets were not working, but after we found the breaker box, we remedied the situation. The view from all main rooms was spectacular to say the least. The cabin was spotless and not cluttered. Beds were comfortable. We lost water, but maintenance fixed it almost immediately. The location was good. Not a far drive to anywhere. Beautiful cabin. Easy check in and check out. I would stay there again.

Beautiful view and clean. Loved the privacy. A deck up high would be awesome to sit outside for the view.

I came back to the Smokeys because I knew my wife would love the view, and between the cabin and the local hiking, we were not disappointed.

Often the pictures online paint a more favorable view that reality doesn’t live up to. That is absolutely the opposite in this case. No pictures you see online can live up to the view you’ll have from this cabin. Admittedly the drive up can be a bit terrifying, and I would’t want to attempt it for the first time in the dark or inclement weather. That being said, the drive is worth it to see the nearly unspoiled foliage and mountains right outside your windows.

The cabin is beautiful and very well maintained.

Nice location with great views, but was not able to get ahold of anyone when we had issues.

The cabin has a beautiful view with the back wall lined in windows. First floor included a large couch, dining area and spacious kitchen. The two bedrooms are downstairs, each with a private bathroom (one does have a tub). Outside included a firepit, picnic bench and nice sized hot tub. Beware of the stairs when entering - they are DIRECTLY in front of the front door about 3 feet in! Customer service was great when we called with needs. We had a great time and would use this company again.

Grand Vista View was AMAZING 🤩 It had all the best views and was super comfortable to stay in. Check in/out was super easy. It was centrally located to EVERYTHING!! Couldn’t have picked a better cabin for our spring break vacation!

This cabin is a beautiful property! The views from the living room are amazing! Everything in the cabin was in working order and we had no issues with the heat, showers, or kitchen appliances. We were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was fully stocked with silverware, plates, bowls, pots, and pans. We cooked a few meals during our stay and we had everything we needed to prepare dinner and breakfast.
The smart tvs also worked great! We were able to use our Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and YouTube accounts without issue and keep our children entertained. We are very happy that we didn’t have any wi-fi or internet connection issues during our stay.
The beds were also very comfortable and everyone in the house slept well.
The only thing missing in this cabin was a washer and dryer. The cabin has a space for these appliances so they might be installed there in the future.
From this cabin the drive to Gatlinburg is about 25 minutes and it takes around 35 minutes to drive to Sevierville.
The only drawback about this cabin that future guests should be aware of is that this property is located in a very remote area. Future guests will have to traverse narrow roads up the mountain to get there.
The last mile to the cabin is on a narrow road that is used to go up and down the mountain. I am lucky that no one came down the road while I was driving up because there isn’t much room for two cars to use the road at the same time.
At night, the drive to the cabin is very dark. There are hardly any lights on the mountain roads. The mountain roads also have many turns and hills that block the driver’s visibility into what’s ahead. Drivers should be aware that it is not a quick and easy ride to the cabin at night.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay at this cabin. We highly recommend it to others seeking a cabin with amazing mountain views and “luxury-style” amenities.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. It’s always nerving to book a place you have never stayed before. Bear camp cabin rentals and the grand vista cottage was above and beyond our expectations. The view was breathtaking. Cabin was spotless and had everything we needed and there is absolutely nothing I would change except I wish we could have stayed longer.
