From the moment you step inside, the main level feels warm and welcoming. The living room invites you to slow down and settle in with plush seating, a recliner, a sleeper sofa, a seasonal gas fireplace, and a large flat-screen TV. Sunlight filters through the windows, offering glimpses of Pigeon Forge and setting the tone for a relaxed mountain stay. Just steps away, the fully equipped kitchen and dining area create the perfect space for shared meals, late-night snacks, and time spent together after a day of exploring. This level also features a comfortable king ensuite with a tub/shower combo, along with a side deck complete with seating for quiet mornings or evening wind-downs.

Upstairs, Copper Top offers a peaceful escape within your escape. A cozy reading nook with an electric recliner provides the perfect spot to unwind, while the private king ensuite delivers comfort and quiet luxury. The bathroom feels spa-like, featuring a soaking tub and a spacious stone walk-in shower designed for true relaxation.

The lower level is where the fun and connection come alive. A spacious game room offers a pool table, large TV, generous seating, and a futon for additional guests—making it an easy gathering space for movie nights or friendly competition. This level also includes a third king ensuite with a tub/shower combo, along with convenient access to the laundry area.

Step outside to the back deck and slip into the bubbling hot tub, where you can soak away the day while enjoying the peaceful surroundings—and on select nights, even catch a glimpse of Dollywood’s fireworks lighting up the sky in the distance.

Outdoor living continues with a charcoal grill just off the front porch, perfect for casual cookouts, and a wood-burning firepit in the side yard that invites evenings under the stars filled with conversation and mountain air.
