To the eye it looks clean but once you look around you can tell they need a good deep clean. The bed fram upstairs was broken so we had to put the bed on the floor. But has a great few and not far from town

The house was beautiful and accurate to the listing. The games, pool table and game table were a huge hit! We loved the wrap around porch and the beautiful views. We would rent here again. If you have a large group, request extra towels because you use them up quickly when using the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking needs. Make sure you bring coffee filters and spices. Thanks again for the great time!

We really enjoyed our stay at Bear's Britches. It was a great cabin to have for a family reunion, as it had plenty of room for our 5 adult children and their families. We enjoyed being able to all stay together. The kitchen and dining tables were spacious and allowed us to dine together. The grand kids had fun in the nearby pool. Bears Britches was in a great location to drive to the attractions in Pigeon Forge. It was peaceful sitting out on the porch in the morning, drinking coffee, listening to the birds.

Fabulous Cabin! Checked all the boxes. Nice and clean. There were 13 of us from 4 years old to 60. We all had king size beds to sleep in, which was such a plus. The game room and movie room were a blast. There was a truly fully loaded kitchen, with a huge island. Plently of seating. If you want to see bears, this is the place! We learned quickly to always be watching. It was so cool to see. We loved how private and somewhat secluded it was. We could take long walks on the cool mornings while others were still sleeping. The huge decks provided nice space for socializing or early morning coffee. The decor was really nice as well. We would highly recommend.

Great cabin with all the amenities you might need.

This house is exactly how it is described and we did get a secluded scenery and woods to glance at all around. The cabin was up a long steep hill and able paved parking with a grill and locked garbage disposal cans. The lower level has a hot tub screened in and also deck and patio area. This was a great cabin for our group and very very clean. The jets in the tub were also cleaned marvelously. Floors clean and nicely decorated rooms. Tv all rooms with internet

We were extremely happy with this place. There were more than enough towels, supplies in kitchen and just overall setup of the cabin was phenomenal.

We enjoyed our stay in Bears Britches. It was a beautiful, secluded cabin that was clean. There was plenty of space and sleeping room for our family. We plan to stay again.

This cabin lovely, was exactly as pictured. We had a group of 12 adults and 4 you kids and it was the perfect size. We loved that the space had enough seating and dining inside for everyone plus space for board games/puzzles. The space was very clean, spacious and it was easy to get to. I would stay here again despite the negatives. Things they could improve to make the stay more comfortable: the acoustics were bad so you heard everything in the bedrooms, the air/heating setup had poor placements of the thermostats which made the space hard to cool/heat so everyone was comfortable, the mattresses were hard with cheap pillows on the bed and there wasn't any outside dining tables. As long as non of these are sticking points for you, I would recommend this cabin.

We really enjoyed this home. It was beautifully decorated, very private, clean and is a great layout to spend time together visiting, eating and cooking all together!

The cabin was very nice and clean. The dishwasher and theater room wasn't working when we arrived. I called front desk to report they had maintenance there the next day. Dishwasher continued to not work, person said they had theater room working. When we returned that evening it would work again. I called yet again, had to leave a message with no response, called on day 4, maintenance gave us a different login and password which worked rest of the week. Dishwasher never was repaired. In speaking with manager about vouchers for our inconvenience, she ended up being very rude and disrepectful to me on the phone (telling me if I left a bad review, we would be billed for the vouchers received, totaling less than $100). Never the less, our family enjoyed our time together!

Bears britches was a Beautiful and clean home. Just like the pictures. Company easy to get a hold of and gave us a courtesy call the day after we arrived. The free attractions were easy to retrieve. 20-30 min from Gatlingburg and pigeon forge
