Bear Camp exceeded our expectations ensuring a great experience with accommodations that are second to none. The cabin was perfectly equipped and accommodating with a breath taking view from top of the mountain... gorgeous!! The Bear Camp staff very helpful and concerned about our stay!! I don't where to start with this company. My boyfriend and I planned a 2 night stay in a little 2 bedroom cabin a mile from Pigeon Forge and were to check in around 3. We were eating a late lunch when they called to tell us our cabin was not going to be stayable for us (for a moment I internally freaked out) but they made it right instantly! They upgraded us at no cost to a cabin that happened to be available during our stay! They booked us at their "Amazing views" cabin. Let me tell the name fits perfectly! This 5 bedroom cabin in the mountains had an amazing view!! They whole place was breath taking and would be perfect for a large group! It had a theater, game room and all the bells and whistles a cabin could have! I highly recommend booking with this company they are very professional and want you to enjoy your stay! I think the only complaint we had was the water pressure was very weak and the water heater needs an upgrade. A large group would have to strategically shower because with 2 people we ended up taking luke warm showers. Other than that it was awesome!

The cabin was beautiful and the kitchen was filled with everything for making meals. The towels on the fold-out bed by the washer/dryer are clean. I thought for a moment the wind would blow us off the mountain. One section of the wooden fence did blow apart. Thanks again, it was great for our kids and grandkids. Great for memories, too!

We were very impressed with our cabin. We stayed at the Amazing view cabin and It was so immaculate. When we walked in we loved how it was nicely decorated and cozy and the A/C was great etc. We stayed 3 nights. The views from the cabin were amazing!. My teenagers loved the game room on the bottom floor and we loved the hot tub. We did not have any issues. The check in process was quick and the ladies at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating. Only thing I would recommend is maybe have a hair dryer or at least make sure the guests know there is not one. Everything else was great. it was nice to have all the kitchen appliances and extra blankets etc . We would love to come back and rent again in the near future! Definitely recommend! We did not want to leave!
