Floyd called this special property home for more than 25 years and was the writer behind several memorable songs, including Rockin' Years, famously recorded as a duet by Dolly Parton and Ricky Van Shelton.

Born and raised in the Great Smoky Mountains, the Parton family’s connection to this area runs deep. In honor of Floyd’s life and accomplishments, Dolly and her family lovingly renovated this property, preserving meaningful details and creating a space that celebrates both creativity and family legacy.
