This 3-bedroom, 3-bath retreat sleeps up to 9 guests and welcomes your four-legged family members too. Whether you're planning a family reunion, girls' trip, or multi-generational getaway, you'll find space for everyone to gather and room for everyone to escape.

MAIN LEVEL

Step inside to an open living room with comfortable seating for the whole family—a full-size sofa (queen sleeper), two oversized armchairs, and extra seating at the dining table. The wood-burning fireplace sets the mood while you watch movies on the large flat-screen TV.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare family meals, plus a custom-built breakfast table for two.

Step onto the wrap-around deck with just two steps from the main entrance. Morning coffee with distant Pigeon Forge views? Yes, please.

UPPER LEVEL

Upstairs you'll find two semi-private bedrooms—one with a plush king bed, the other with a comfortable queen. Both rooms have flat-screen TVs and share a spacious bathroom with a large jacuzzi tub/shower combo. Perfect for couples traveling together.

LOWER LEVEL – THE FUN ZONE

This is where memories are made! The game room features a pool table with a ping-pong table insert—flip between games depending on the mood. Plenty of seating means everyone can watch the tournament unfold.

The kids' bunk room with twin-over-full bunk bed gives the young ones their own space, complete with a private bathroom with walk-in shower. They'll feel like they have their own cabin!

Step outside to the lower deck for your private hot tub—the perfect way to unwind after a day riding coasters at Dollywood or hiking in the national park.

A Mountain Perch welcomes your furry family member! A $75 + tax non-refundable pet fee applies per pet (max 40 lbs each). Pets must be crated if left unattended on the property.
