BearCamp+ Terms and Conditions

This agreement is between Bear Camp Cabin Rentals (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your”), the individual who subscribes to our monthly membership program called “BearCamp+” (hereinafter referred to as “the membership” or “the program”).

By subscribing to the membership, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, as well as our privacy policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not subscribe to the membership.

Membership Term

The membership term is one year from the date of subscription. The membership will automatically renew for another year unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

Membership Fees

The membership fee is $14.99 per month, plus applicable taxes. The fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. You authorize us to charge your credit card or other payment methods for the fee at the time of subscription and on each renewal date thereafter until you cancel your membership and complete your term.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information up-to-date and accurate. If we are unable to process your payment due to insufficient funds, an expired card, or any other reason, we may suspend or terminate your membership and access to its benefits.

Subscription Benefits

As a BearCamp+ member, you will enjoy the following benefits:

1. Discounts on reservations made through our website or phone number on all participating properties
2. Early check-in at 3:00 pm on your arrival day (subject to availability)
3. Automatic entry into free stay sweepstakes
4. Every 10th night free (based on cumulative nights stayed during your BearCamp+ Membership)
5. Pet fee reduced to $50 per pet per stay (maximum two pets per cabin)
6. Extra 5% discount for bookings made during your birthday month

Should these benefits change or the program be terminated, we will honor your benefits through the end of the term.

Eligibility

To subscribe to BearCamp+, you must:

1. Be a resident of the United States
2. Be at least 25 years old
3. Have a valid credit card or debit card
4. Have an email address and a phone number

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time, but you are required to pay the current year’s dues in full at that time.  You will not receive a refund of dues for the current year, but you will be able to enjoy the benefits of membership until the current term expires.

We reserve the right to cancel your membership for any of the following reasons:

1. You violate these terms and conditions
2. You misrepresent any information
3. You misuse the program
4. You fail to provide and update valid contact information
5. You fail to pay for reservation charges and/or any expenses incurred during a stay

If we cancel your membership for any reason, we will notify you by email and you will not be required to pay for the remainder of the term. Benefits already received such as reservation discounts on future stays may become due.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your personal information when you subscribe to BearCamp+.

We collect the following types of information from you when you subscribe to BearCamp+:

1. Name
2. Email address
3. Phone number
4. Credit card or debit card details
5. Reservation history
6. Preferences and feedback

How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

1. To process your subscription and payments
2. To provide you with the benefits of BearCamp+
3. To communicate with you about your subscription and our services
4. To send you promotional offers and newsletters (you can opt out at any time)
5. To improve our website and services
6. To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties. We may share your information with the following entities:

1. Our affiliates and partners who help us provide BearCamp+ and related services
2. Service providers who perform functions on our behalf (such as payment processing, email delivery, marketing, analytics, etc.)
3. Law enforcement or other authorities if required by law or to protect our rights or property

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

Your Choices and Rights

You have the following choices and rights regarding your personal information:

1. You can access, update, correct, or delete your personal information by logging into your account or contacting us.
2. You can opt out of receiving promotional emails from us by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of BearCamp+ after any changes means that you accept and agree to the changes.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

BearCamp+ is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that BearCamp+ will meet your expectations or that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or available at all times.

We are not liable for any damages or losses arising from or related to your use of BearCamp+, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of these disclaimers may not apply to you.
