The house was perfect for our stay. The view from the loft is great to wake up to. The downstairs area was spacious and great for hanging out with the family. The house was extremely clean. The only concern were the stairs. They are very narrow and very steep. Everything else was perfect. Loved the hot tub!

Beautiful cabin right next to the creek and very affordable for a weekend stay. Convenient to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, but far enough away to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding mountains. Will definitely stay at Greenbriar Reserve again !!

The cabin was absolutely amazing. Fully equipped with everything we needed to cook there to save on some money for other activities and extremely clean. The check in and check out process was extremely easy and we loved the added perk of the free attraction tickets which we actually used! 10/10 recommend

Great views, plenty of space for the 3 families we went with that included 6 children. Close to attractions in both pigeon forge and gatlinburg. The hot tub, pool and video games were a huge plus! The security on the pool will set worried parents with youngsters at ease. You have to enter a code, turn 2 knows simultaneously and push an alarm button.

Exceeded our expectations. Our cabin was very clean and came furnished with all our needed amenities. The host "customer service " was excellent, I simply texted whatever my questions were and they were quick to respond. Highly recommend for anyone's vacation stay.

Cabin was very clean and smelled like fresh wood beautiful. Only reason it isn’t a five star is because I never seen the mention of the cabins being joined with another, also the bridge looked more secluded in the pictures and the brook looked more accessible overall great just think for future guests maybe mention those little things:)

Great location and ample room for 9 of us, 5 kids and 4 adults, no couples. Comfortable and roomy - kitchen supplies are somewhat limited; suggest checking with rental provider for any particular items you might wish to be there. Oh, and we did get to see one beautiful bear; walked right by the house and on up the road - gorgeous creature!

This cabin is so perfect for a get away with your better half. The views are absolutely breathtaking and it’s tucked away into the quaint little Wares Valley area. Relatively close to both the Parkway and Downtown Gatlinburg. The bed is comfortable and has all the amenities you could need while visiting. I hope we can visit this cabin again.

Cabin was overall as pictured. Driveway is not completely lowered car friendly as the first 1/3rd is gravel and not paved; but otherwise we highly enjoyed our stay at Lazy River Cabin. Very nicely laid out; quiet location in Kodak & perfect size.
Only strong recommendation is cleaning team needs to focus on bathrooms and linens; both very important between guests.

The staff was very helpful in finding Mountain Eden instead of cancelling Pooh Bear. Also, the maintenance crew came out quickly to replace the broken toilet. Very easy to check in and check out.

The stay was fine, a solid three stars. I added a star for the ease and responsiveness of the bear camp team.
The cabin was comfortable enough- there are several different levels of floor so lots of trip hazards, some doors that don’t close great, and the location is interesting. I wouldn’t call it quiet- for our stay a neighbor was out shooting most nights and on the other side is a rooster that crows each morning.
The beds were very comfortable.
The water is extremely sulfurous- I would plan on brushing your teeth with bottled water.
We were mostly at the cabin only to sleep and it was great for that. It is very accessible to the greater pigeon forge area. Again, the Bear Camp folks were great, answered our questions, and were very responsive so overall definitely positive.
I would consider staying with Bear Camp again, maybe not in this particular cabin.

Beautiful cabin with a beautiful view. Easy to find with my android Map and 20 minutes from Gatlinburg. Fully stocked cabin (except for food, of course) made for quick morning meals and easy evening cookouts after exploring the area! The view from both balconies was amazing!

Beautiful newly built cabin. Clean! 2 masters for adults and another 3rd bedroom for kids with 2 queens and an adjacent bathroom outside entrance. Love the outdoor eating/living area. Very spacious and we WILL be back. Perfect location for a short distance in either direction to PigeonForge, Gatlinburg and dollywood!

Great cabin for a great price! The cabin was extremely clean and equipped with everything you need to cook your own meals - which is great for saving some cash! The creek that runs behind the cabin is so relaxing, and so is the private hot tub! I highly recommend these cabins. We will definitely be back.

Cabin was absolutely beautiful, though if you plan on staying and cooking at the cabin yourself, many appliances are out of date but do get the job done. Loved the back porch so much, spent the first day napping on the swing bed. Many hours were also spent enjoying the jacuzzi while looking at the stunning Mountain View. This cabin view was the Trinity View cabin.
