Trick or Treat Kickoff Karnival

Fall break the same time as Halloween? Looking for a cabin get-away but still want the kids to enjoy a night of candy, games, and family fun?  The annual Trick or Treat Kickoff Karnival will be held Saturday, October 31 from 1 to 5 p.m. at Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies. Contests, costumed characters, games, food vendors and lots of candy will help make a fun and safe Halloween event for families.

Trick or treat safety tips will be provided by the Gatlinburg Police Department and the Gatlinburg Fire Department will offer information on fire safety during the event, which attracted more than 1,200 children last year.

Proceeds from some activities will benefit the United Way of Sevier County.
