- A 15-minute drive to one of the Smoky Mountain National Park Entrances. From here you will have access to a multitude of hiking trails, sight-seeing opportunities, and another short drive to Cades Cove to view wildlife.
- 8.8 miles from the house to Pigeon Forge Parkway (441) for Dollywood, Splash Country, dinner shows, etc.
- 1.5 miles to Wears Valley convenience stores, antique shops, souvenir shops, local general stores, banks, etc.
- 15.7 miles to Gatlinburg’s wide range of dining, art, and shopping options.
If you are on a romantic trip with your honey, you may prefer just to kick your shoes off, throw a steak on the charcoal grill, and dine under the stars on the patio overlooking the majestic mountains before retreating to the jetted whirlpool tub built for two! The spacious king-size bed is complete with a lodge-look metal bed, and the jetted whirlpool tub and an electric black marble fireplace add swoon-worthy romantic touches.
For your recreation, it also includes a 40-inch flat screen TV. In the main living area, there is food prep area that is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, silverware, coffee maker, toaster oven, toaster, and mini fridge. Note: This rental does not have a cookstove.
The front balcony is easily accessible and provides an awesome view of the morning dawn on the mountain drapery as you enjoy that first morning cup of coffee in one of the four chairs already there for you. The back deck has exquisite views of the morning sunrise and the moon at night.
