Nearly Perfect Let me begin by saying the management company is incredible. The place itself is also great and about 12-15 minutes from Gatlinburg. The gas fireplace came in handy as we got a pretty bad winter storm for Christmas. There are a few things to keep in mind and that perhaps could be done to enhance future stays. 1. The back door doesn’t close/lock all the way. It is a pretty high balcony but it still gives you an uneasy feeling at night. It may be an easy fix. 2. When it is stated that they provide you a “starter packet” believe them. It is one paper towel roll, a small dish drying towel, two toilet paper rolls per bathroom, a couple of hand soap bars and a small dish soap. I’d strongly recommend you stop by a Walmart or food city before hand to grab a dish sponge and extra supplies. 3. Don’t forget that heat rises and so to keep the main area of the cabin warm, the loft has to nearly be on fire or Florida weather for those of you that know what that’s like. 4. The hot tub is un leveled and so when you get in you’ll feel the water rushing to one side. 5. The main bathroom tub wasn’t draining well and the hot water was a little unreliable. 6. The driveway is built as a narrow half moon on a steep road so in heavy weather conditions you may want to have 4-wheel drive. Overall we had a wonderful experience and the management company was very good to work with so these are merely observations to help others who would like to enjoy this cozy cabin as well.

Great Family Getaway for a Week This cabin was perfect for my family to have a quiet retreat from city life. One of our kids is 2 and the other is 3 months. The cabin was one of few we found with the two bedrooms on the same floor and right next to each other which was important because our 2 year old sleeps on her own. The cabin is located pretty high up in the mountains and has a hot tub so when we were at the cabin we felt secluded which was perfect but in reality the cabin is directly in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. 15 minutes to either city. This helped because obviously kids at this age are unpredictable so we were able to come home and hang out in the hot tub if they got tired or go to one of the many attractions around. We had a great stay and would recommend it.

Quiet Cozy, quiet, Family loved the games and the pool table. Everything we needed was there. For some reason, the hot water did not work in the afternoon, other than that we would recommend and would like to stay again in the future.

Good little cabin Our family of 3 had a nice time here. The location was convenient to the National park. It says sleeps 6, but this cabin would be very crowded with 6 adults. There’s barely room to squeeze between the couch and the 3 bar stools, and no other dining area. The living area and bedrooms had nice/newer furniture.

Perfect location if you want to visit Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge Great view from the cabin porch. You can’t tell from Google maps but you’re quite high up the mountain giving you great views all around. The cabin was very spacious and comfortable. The location is quiet with only a couple of other cabins staggered nearby. You are right in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge making it easy to visit both. We would definitely stay here again!
