Our stay at Laurel Cottage was great! The cabin was secluded enough yet still convenient to stores and attractions. It was very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed to enjoy our week in the mountains!! The arcade game and pool table were a great plus!! We definitely plan to return in the future!

Cabin is convenient to Gatlinburg, GSMNP, Pigeon Forge, and Townsend. It is very clean and well-stocked. There are plenty of entertainment options inside the cabin, as well. Three generations were well accommodated.

Comfortable, cozy house. Loved having keurig, hot tub, pool table etc. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 4 kids, ranging from 11-18 yrs. There is so much to do in the region! We Did see a bear in the woods, down the driveway, which topped off the experience!

Check-in/out was effortless. Thought we had a hot water concern that turned out to be "operator error", but my concerns were addressed promptly.....and it was on a holiday weekend. We would definitely stay at this cottage again.

This is an amazing cabin, thus the name Amazing View lodge. The cabin was nice and clean and it had beautiful scenic views from every direction. It included everything we needed. There was more than enough space for our family of 16.

The customer service reps were awesome. They were there to answer any questions we had from beginning to end. They even placed a courtesy call to ensure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this cabin.

The AC wasn’t working when we arrived but the on call technician came out right away and fixed it! The cabin is beautiful and plenty of room for all of us. Perfect spot to be getting together for the first time in 2 years!

This home is absolutely breathtaking and the views are magnificent. If you have an opportunity to stay here I would definitely recommend it. The staff at Bear Camp Cabin Rentals are as magnificent as the views. They were very helpful with every step of the rental process.

We did have a small issue with a bathtub not draining properly. Once I reported the issue, the Bear Camp staff addressed it that very day and we never had another problem with the tub.

I don't where to start with this company. My boyfriend and I planned a 2 night stay in a little 2 bedroom cabin a mile from Pigeon Forge and were to check in around 3. We were eating a late lunch when they called to tell us our cabin was not going to be stayable for us (for a moment I internally freaked out) but they made it right instantly! They upgraded us at no cost to a cabin that happened to be available during our stay! They booked us at their "Amazing views" cabin. Let me tell the name fits perfectly! This 5 bedroom cabin in the mountains had an amazing view!! They whole place was breath taking and would be perfect for a large group! It had a theater, game room and all the bells and whistles a cabin could have! I highly recommend booking with this company they are very professional and want you to enjoy your stay! I think the only complaint we had was the water pressure was very weak and the water heater needs an upgrade. A large group would have to strategically shower because with 2 people we ended up taking luke warm showers. Other than that it was awesome!

The cabin was beautiful and the kitchen was filled with everything for making meals. The towels on the fold-out bed by the washer/dryer are clean. I thought for a moment the wind would blow us off the mountain. One section of the wooden fence did blow apart. Thanks again, it was great for our kids and grandkids. Great for memories, too!

Well situated cabin in a quiet neighborhood near the Metcalf Bottoms entrance to the GSMNP. Less than a 15 minute drive to Element and around 20 minutes to Tremont. Comfortable, well worn but tidy cabin.

The Furniture is beautiful and the beds are the most comfortable other than home ! I have back issues so that’s a plus ! I would love to see a recliner bc we needed alittle more room! I love the beautiful pool table on main level. I loved the bathroom upstairs and the shower was wonderful. We will be back in October
