With its pristine location, the Urban Cottage is located on the back side of Dollywood, not even 5 minutes to the main parkway that connects Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Enjoy all of the main local attractions with ease and come back and relax at this cozy cottage at the end of each day.
This 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom cottage sleeps up to 8 guests and has everything you could desire for your getaway. Once entering The Urban Cottage, you will enjoy open concept living where the fully equipped kitchen overlooks a rustic-chic living area. The cottage was designed with nature in mind, so you will find organic, natural elements throughout the cottage in the form of marble, wood, leather and stone. The kitchen has true Carrara Marble countertops, locally-made hickory hardwood floors, black walnut open shelving hand crafted by a local artist from Cobbly Nob, and all new stainless steel appliances. Curl up and enjoy the ambiance of the authentic river stone, wood-burning fireplace while lounging on the leather sofa in this lodge style cottage.
Enjoy your morning cup of coffee out on the main level deck that overlooks the outdoor living area and fire pit. Curl up with a cozy blanket on the porch swing and enjoy a slow start to your morning listening to the sounds of nature’s critters playing amongst the trees.
The main level master bedroom is rustic yet romantic and offers a spacious king size bed, large smart tv and walk-in closet. Enjoy a spa-like shower in the master bathroom that includes a luxurious, marble walk-in shower with a Bluetooth speaker.
The two bedrooms downstairs are the perfect hidden retreat for the rest of the group. The bunk room is made with the kids in mind, having two sets of twin bunks, sleeping 4 kids comfortably with their own smart tv! The other guest bedroom has a Queen bed and large smart tv that is great for the other adults in the group wanting space of their own. These two rooms share another spa-like bathroom with a Carrara Marble tub/shower duo with Bluetooth speaker and a double custom vanity with marble tops.
When the kids need something to do, they can enjoy the game shelf, stacked with loads of classic board games or head to the game room! The game room includes an arcade which includes over 60 classic arcade games and a Nintendo Switch and game rockers with Bluetooth.
After a day of hiking and fun, walk out to the downstairs patio and relax in the brand new jetted hot tub that’s located steps from the fire pit! To end your night, have everyone gather around the fire pit to roast marshmallows out in the open backyard before heading inside for the night.
