This Beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage has all the modern amenities of home. With no steps to enter the cottage you’ll be greeted by the family gaming room, have a blast with the multi- game barrel arcade game, grab a board game from the back room and spread out on one of the two board game tables as a family.
Just through the Family Game room is the beautiful dining area designed to seat 6 and the Living room. The living room has a large sectional couch that folds out to a Queen-sized bed and 2 extra comfy armchairs for family movie night on the large flat screen TV situated just above the cozy electric fireplace.

The fully equipped kitchen is set for all your meal needs, grab your groceries and get to cooking in the kitchen or use the charcoal grill just out the front door. The Laundry room is just behind the kitchen for your convenience.
Through the hallway you have your choice between the Queen bedroom on the left with a Flat screen TV, or the Master King bedroom. The master King ensuite bedroom has the private bathroom with a gorgeous walk-in tile shower, a large flat screen TV to enjoy while winding down.
If relaxing with the TV isn't for you then step out the master bedroom French doors and slip into the hot tub. There is also a hall bath between the bedroom for the rest of the family to share.
The backyard of “A Creekside Cottage” is the best place to let the kids throw their football or have a family picnic along the creek in the backyard.
The Cottage is so close to town with a trolley stop just around the corner on Wears Valley Road.

Deposit protection enables you to receive either a refund or reschedule less the deposit protection amount and applicable tax. In order to receive a refund, you must cancel the reservation at least 30 days prior to arrival (for 1-3 bedroom cabins) and 60 days prior to arrival (for 4 bedroom and larger).
With Deposit Protection, once inside this window, you may still reschedule your reservation within 12 months and receive full credit for the amount paid minus the deposit protection amount if you reschedule at least 15 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedroom properties or 30 days prior to arrival for 4+ bedroom properties. Once the 12 month time frame has expired all monies paid will be forfeited.
Without Deposit Protection, no refunds or reschedules will be allowed.
